My Logo and Company Logo

This is my personal logo.
Since my last name is Moon, I made the moon and stars in the night sky
so that it can help my name stand out to other people easily.

This is my company logo.
Establishing English school is my dream, and I will have my own English school one day.
When the day comes, I want to use this as my English school logo.

Kimchi Jeon

Today, I want to introduce the Korean pancake, "Kimchi Jeon".
Jeon means pancake in Korean,
but actually, it is not really a pancake...
Ahh! It is really hard to explain, but if you try this,
you will know what I wanted to say.
So, it is time to cook and try it!

* Ingredients *
Kimchi 250g, Weak flour 400ml, Egg 1, Water 2/3 cup
* Tip *
You need to adjust the amount of water.
If the dough is too thick, add more water.
Remember, not too thick, but not too watery!
(I know it is hard.
I repeated "adding more water" and "adding more flour"
several times before.)
Also, if you don't have weak flour, you can just use regular flour.

How do you make it?

1. Put all the ingredients in the bowl and mix them well.

2.When you mix it, you need to adjust the seasoning and dough state.
If it is not salty, add more salt.
If the dough is too thick, add more water.

3. Put the cooking oil in the frying pan,
swirl it around to cover the bottom evenly,
and toast it.

4. All you need to do for now is EAT, EAT, and EAT!
:)))))))

Kimchi Pork Fried Rice

Mmmmm..
This is one of the common Korean foods called "Kimchi Pork Fried Rice".
Why is it common?
Because it's really easy to make!

If you love spicy food, I bet you will love this food. :)

* Ingredients (2 Portions) *
pork belly (2 slices), a handful of Kimchi, 4 scoops of rice,
1 teaspoon of cooking oil, salt, pepper

How do you make it?

1. Fry pork belly on a hot pan with pepper.
The point of this food is
to use the oil from the pork when you fry Kimchi and rice,
so it is more delicious!

 2. When the pork is done, put the Kimchi on the pan and fry them together.
You should cut the Kimchi before you fry it so that it's easy to eat.
If there isn't enough oil from the pork, put 1 teaspoon of oil in it.

3. You don't need to fry the Kimchi for a long time.
(I usually fry Kimchi for 10 minutes.)

4. If it is done, put the properly cooked rice with it, and fry it
until the rice, Kimchi, and pork mix well.
I know the Kimchi you can get here in the States is not salty enough,
so if you want to add more salt, you can do that.
Also, in my case, since I love spicy food, I add a little bit more red pepper powder.
(All the Kimchi that I can get here is not spicy at all!)

5. All you need to do for now is EAT, EAT, and EAT!
:)))))))
